Ekosistem Halal sebagai Strategi Penguatan UMKM untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Usaha Berkelanjutan

MSMEs play a crucial role in the economy, yet they require strengthening strategies that support genuinely sustainable business growth. Growing consumer demand for halal products has positioned halal not merely as a label but as a quality system that involves process standards, traceability, and governance. This article aims to address the knowledge gap on how a halal ecosystem functions as an integrated MSME-strengthening strategy, including which components matter most and how inter-component linkages operate in practice. The study applies library research, synthesizing academic literature and relevant documents on halal ecosystems, MSME strengthening, and sustainable growth. The review indicates that prior studies often discuss certification, mentoring, financing, supply chains, and market access as separate factors, while operational models that explain service flows and impact indicators remain limited. It also finds that program success is frequently measured through compliance and short-term market opportunities, whereas sustainability dimensions—such as business stability, consistent quality, and resilience—are less clearly operationalized. The study concludes that a halal ecosystem should be framed as a coordinated, adaptive, and measurable support system to effectively strengthen MSMEs. This article contributes by proposing an operational direction for mapping ecosystem mechanisms, component priorities, and impact measures that can inform implementation and future research.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Motivasi Kinerja Guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri dan Swasta Kecamatan Cipayung

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of teachers at both public and private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Madrasah Tsanawiyah) in Cipayung District, East Jakarta. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of less-than-optimal teacher performance, which is suspected to be influenced by a transactional leadership style, weak work discipline, and fluctuating work motivation. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population was 115 teachers from three madrasahs, and a sample of 89 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula with a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used path analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study are analysis to prove that (1) transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on teacher performance, (2) work discipline has a direct positive effect on teacher performance, (3) work motivation has a direct positive effect on teacher performance, (4) transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on work discipline, (5) transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on work motivation, (6) work discipline has a direct positive effect on work motivation, and (7) transformational leadership has an indirect positive effect on teacher performance through work motivation. These findings confirm the importance of synergy between inspirational leadership, consistent discipline, and strong motivation in creating superior and sustainable teacher performance.

Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar

The low quality of basic education in Indonesia remains a problem that affects student learning outcomes. One of the causes is a lack of discipline and motivation to learn, which play an important role in shaping a positive attitude towards learning. Poor learning discipline, such as the habit of procrastinating and arriving late, has an impact on the irregularity of the student learning process. Meanwhile, weak learning motivation causes students to become easily bored, unenthusiastic, and lacking the drive to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to analyse the influence of learning discipline and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of elementary school students. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, through a review of various relevant previous research results. The results of the study show that learning discipline has a positive effect on shaping students' regularity, responsibility, and perseverance, while learning motivation plays a role in fostering enthusiasm, persistence, and interest in learning among students. The two complement each other in encouraging better learning outcomes. The implications of this study emphasise the important role of teachers and schools in instilling discipline and motivating students through positive behaviour habits, the use of engaging learning methods, and the creation of a conducive learning environment.

Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Akademik Mahasiswa

The development of artificial intelligence has created new opportunities for Indonesian language learning in higher education, particularly in supporting students’ academic literacy. However, its use is often limited to completing academic assignments and has not been fully integrated into a structured, critical, and responsible learning strategy. This study aims to analyze the implementation of artificial intelligence-based Indonesian language learning, its benefits and risks, and its contribution to improving students’ ability to understand, process, evaluate, and produce academic texts. The study employed a library research method by reviewing relevant scholarly articles, books, proceedings, research reports, and academic documents. Data were analyzed through source collection, information classification, critical reading, comparison of findings, synthesis, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence can assist students in understanding text structures, developing ideas, improving linguistic accuracy, strengthening textual coherence, and obtaining immediate feedback. Nevertheless, its use may also create dependence, weaken independent thinking, and encourage students to accept information without adequate verification. Its effectiveness is determined by instructional design, lecturers’ ability to provide guidance, students’ digital literacy, and the reinforcement of academic ethics. This study concludes that artificial intelligence should be positioned as a learning partner rather than a substitute for students’ intellectual processes. The study contributes to the field by providing a conceptual foundation for developing adaptive, critical, and responsible artificial intelligence-based Indonesian language learning that strengthens students’ academic literacy.
