Growing consumer demand for halal products has positioned halal not merely as a label but as a quality system that involves process standards, traceability, and governance. This article aims to address the knowledge gap on how a halal ecosystem functions as an integrated MSME-strengthening strategy, including which components matter most and how inter-component linkages operate in practice. The study applies library research, synthesizing academic literature and relevant documents on halal ecosystems, MSME strengthening, and sustainable growth. The review indicates that prior studies often discuss certification, mentoring, financing, supply chains, and market access as separate factors, while operational models that explain service flows and impact indicators remain limited. It also finds that program success is frequently measured through compliance and short-term market opportunities, whereas sustainability dimensions—such as business stability, consistent quality, and resilience—are less clearly operationalized. The study concludes that a halal ecosystem should be framed as a coordinated, adaptive, and measurable support system to effectively strengthen MSMEs. This article contributes by proposing an operational direction for mapping ecosystem mechanisms, component priorities, and impact measures that can inform implementation and future research.
Mahlel Mahlel Copyright (c) 2026 Ameena Journal https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/266 Sat, 01 Aug 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Motivasi Kinerja Guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri dan Swasta Kecamatan Cipayung https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/264
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of teachers at both public and private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Madrasah Tsanawiyah) in Cipayung District, East Jakarta. One of the causes is a lack of discipline and motivation to learn, which play an important role in shaping a positive attitude towards learning. Poor learning discipline, such as the habit of procrastinating and arriving late, has an impact on the irregularity of the student learning process. Meanwhile, weak learning motivation causes students to become easily bored, unenthusiastic, and lacking the drive to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to analyse the influence of learning discipline and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of elementary school students. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, through a review of various relevant previous research results. The results of the study show that learning discipline has a positive effect on shaping students' regularity, responsibility, and perseverance, while learning motivation plays a role in fostering enthusiasm, persistence, and interest in learning among students. The two complement each other in encouraging better learning outcomes. The implications of this study emphasise the important role of teachers and schools in instilling discipline and motivating students through positive behaviour habits, the use of engaging learning methods, and the creation of a conducive learning environment.
Didit Darmawan, Putri Lailatul Maghfiroh, Akhmad Nur Hasyim Romadhoni Copyright (c) 2026 Ameena Journal https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/286 Mon, 20 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Akademik Mahasiswa https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/303
The development of artificial intelligence has created new opportunities for Indonesian language learning in higher education, particularly in supporting students’ academic literacy. However, its use is often limited to completing academic assignments and has not been fully integrated into a structured, critical, and responsible learning strategy. This study aims to analyze the implementation of artificial intelligence-based Indonesian language learning, its benefits and risks, and its contribution to improving students’ ability to understand, process, evaluate, and produce academic texts. The study employed a library research method by reviewing relevant scholarly articles, books, proceedings, research reports, and academic documents. Data were analyzed through source collection, information classification, critical reading, comparison of findings, synthesis, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence can assist students in understanding text structures, developing ideas, improving linguistic accuracy, strengthening textual coherence, and obtaining immediate feedback. Nevertheless, its use may also create dependence, weaken independent thinking, and encourage students to accept information without adequate verification. Its effectiveness is determined by instructional design, lecturers’ ability to provide guidance, students’ digital literacy, and the reinforcement of academic ethics. This study concludes that artificial intelligence should be positioned as a learning partner rather than a substitute for students’ intellectual processes. The study contributes to the field by providing a conceptual foundation for developing adaptive, critical, and responsible artificial intelligence-based Indonesian language learning that strengthens students’ academic literacy.
Nurfitri Nurfitri Copyright (c) 2026 Ameena Journal https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/303 Wed, 05 Aug 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Qur'anic Therapy: The Impact of Qur'an Recitation on Inner Peace and Mental Health https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/276
Indonesia is currently facing a significant mental health crisis, marked by increasing rates of emotional disorders, anxiety, stress, and depression. In addition to medical and social approaches, spiritual dimensions offer an alternative solution to support psychological well-being. This study aims to examine the role of Qur’anic Therapy as a spiritual intervention in fostering inner peace and improving mental health. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using a library research method. Data were collected through an analysis of the Qur'an, hadith, scientific journals, books, and relevant previous studies. The findings indicate that the Qur'an serves as syifa’ (healing), providing therapeutic effects on both psychological and spiritual dimensions. Forms of Qur’anic therapy include regular recitation of the Qur'an, listening to murottal, contemplation (tadabbur) of Qur'anic verses, remembrance (dhikr) and supplication based on Qur'anic teachings, as well as ruqyah syar’iyyah. These practices contribute to reducing stress, anxiety, and emotional disturbances by promoting relaxation, stimulating endorphin production, lowering cortisol levels, and strengthening spiritual connection with Allah SWT. Furthermore, interaction with the Qur'an enhances emotional resilience, optimism, self-control, and psychological stability. Therefore, Qur’anic Therapy can be considered a holistic and integrative approach that combines spiritual, psychological, and neurological dimensions, making it a strategic complementary intervention for mental health care in contemporary Indonesian society.
Diva Datul Isma, Salami Mahmud, Ida Meutiawati Copyright (c) 2026 Ameena Journal https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/276 Tue, 11 Aug 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Komunikasi Pimpinan dan Pengawasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. This study examines how classical management principles are adapted and humanised in the management of primary school learning in Aceh, Indonesia. A qualitative case study was conducted at Keude Blang Public Primary School in East Aceh. Data were generated through in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, direct observation of school and classroom practices, and analysis of lesson plans, annual programmes, organisational documents, meeting notes, and evaluation records. Data were analysed through interactive reduction, display, and verification, followed by thematic reinterpretation around structure, leadership, moral commitment, collegiality, and community participation. The findings show that planning, organising, leading, and controlling continue to provide the formal architecture of learning management. However, these functions are not enacted mechanically. They are softened and reworked through participatory leadership, developmental supervision, religiously grounded motivation, intergenerational teacher collaboration, a familial organisational culture, and community support. The study identifies a persistent tension between administrative compliance and pedagogical improvement, particularly where evaluation focuses more strongly on learning outcomes than on instructional processes and where limited facilities constrain innovation. The article proposes a contextual humanistic classical management model in which structural discipline is made educationally productive through moral legitimacy, collegial relations, and local social capital. The model extends classical management beyond its industrial origins and offers a context-sensitive explanation of school management in a non-Western setting.
Raudhatul Juniati Copyright (c) 2026 Ameena Journal https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/287 Sat, 29 Aug 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Analisis Standar Toilet Difabel pada Rumah Sakit Berdasarkan Regulasi dan Prinsip Desain Universal di Indonesia https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/284
Accessibility in healthcare facilities is an essential aspect of ensuring equal rights for persons with disabilities to obtain safe, comfortable, and equitable healthcare services. One of the key facilities supporting accessibility is the accessible toilet. However, the implementation of accessible toilets in healthcare facilities continues to face challenges in meeting technical standards and universal design principles. This study aims to analyze the technical standards of accessible toilets in hospitals based on applicable regulations in Indonesia and to evaluate their conformity with universal design principles. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of laws and regulations, technical standards, reference books, and previous studies related to healthcare accessibility. The analysis was further supported by an evaluation of the implementation of accessible toilet facilities based on as-built drawing data from a hospital in Jakarta. The findings indicate that an accessible toilet should provide a wheelchair maneuvering space with a minimum turning diameter of 150 cm, a door width of at least 90 cm, strategically positioned grab bars, wheelchair-accessible washbasins, anti-slip flooring, and an emergency call button as a safety feature. The evaluation revealed that most components complied with existing regulations; however, several non-conformities were identified, including washbasin height exceeding the recommended standard and the absence of documented emergency call systems. These findings suggest that accessibility standards must be implemented comprehensively to enhance the independence, safety, and comfort of persons with disabilities when accessing healthcare facilities. Therefore, the application of universal design principles and compliance with accessibility regulations are essential for creating inclusive and disability-friendly hospitals.
Kerlima Hutagaol, Dwi Anggun Riani, Deny Prima Prayoga, Ardi Purnomo Murniadi, Atenius Yibili, Arif Rahman Hakim Copyright (c) 2026 Ameena Journal https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/284 Mon, 31 Aug 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Transformasi Industri Asuransi Syariah Pasca Kebijakan Spin-Off: Analisis Kesiapan dan Tantangan di Aceh https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/314
The spin-off policy in the Islamic insurance industry represents an institutional strengthening strategy intended to enhance the independence and sustainability of Islamic insurance businesses in Indonesia. The study employs a library research method by examining relevant written sources, including books, scholarly articles, regulations, institutional reports, and publications concerning the development of the Islamic insurance industry. The data are analyzed descriptively and analytically through identification, classification, comparison, and synthesis of information related to industry readiness and post-spin-off challenges. The findings indicate that readiness for transformation is influenced by institutional strength, capital adequacy, human resource capacity, governance quality, technological preparedness, adaptive capability, and market development. Meanwhile, the main challenges involve public literacy and trust, market penetration, operational efficiency, consistent Sharia compliance, and business sustainability. The study concludes that spin-off should not merely be understood as an administrative separation, but as a comprehensive transformation integrating internal corporate readiness with Aceh's socioeconomic characteristics. KHI employs the concept of syirkah abdan as a foundation for unifying assets to ensure family welfare, although it frequently faces implementation gaps in practice. This normative legal research finds that the distribution of joint property after divorce should not necessarily be rigid or equal, but must consider the actual contributions of each party, including domestic roles that are often overlooked. This study proposes a reconstruction based on maqashid sharia and the concept of family ownership (al-milkiyyah al-usariyyah) to achieve more gender-responsive justice. To bridge the gap formal justice, it is recommended to reformulate execution procedures through collaborative mediation models and the establishment of support service units involving interdisciplinary experts. This approach is expected to end rigid execution practices and protect the rights of vulnerable parties in family property disputes.
Nasywa Nabilah Nugroho, Zulkarnain Zulkarnain, Pagar Pagar Copyright (c) 2026 Ameena Journal https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/278 Mon, 31 Aug 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa Kuasa Asuh Terhadap Anak Pasca Perceraian https://ejournal.ymal.or.id/index.php/aij/article/view/275
Child custody disputes are one of the issues that frequently arise after divorce. Child custody conflicts are not only related to legal dimensions but are also influenced by psychological, social, and economic aspects that can impact the fulfillment of the child's best interests. Currently, child custody disputes are generally resolved through judicial mechanisms (litigation). However, this procedure is often time-consuming, relatively expensive, and has the potential to exacerbate disputes between the disputing parties. Therefore, a more efficient resolution mechanism oriented toward the protection and welfare of children is needed. This study aims to examine the concept of post-divorce child custody from the perspective of Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, and to analyze the effectiveness of Alternative Dispute Resolution (APS) as a means of resolving child custody conflicts. This study uses a normative legal method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The research data was obtained through a literature review of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results indicate that APS, through mediation, negotiation, and conciliation, has a significant potential for resolving child custody disputes peacefully, practically, and economically. However, its implementation still faces various obstacles, such as limited public understanding of non-litigation mechanisms, limited availability of professional mediators, and suboptimal institutional support. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of mediators, strengthen legal education for the public, and refine regulations to support the optimal implementation of APS in resolving child custody disputes after divorce.
Siti Nurheliza, Mhd.
